Meet David Weissman

David Weissman, LDA, owns and operates LegalDoc-Prep, providing quick, competent legal document preparation for individuals seeking self-help solutions.

David is a registered Legal Document Assistant with Sacramento County. Formerly know as an ‘independent paralegal’, and has 24 years experience working with couples and individuals who need to create agreements, obtain or modify court orders.

David’s compassionate and straightforward approach has helped thousands of clients navigate legal document processing and filing ranging from:

  • Divorce,
  • Child Custody and Visitation
  • Child and Spousal Support
  • Marital Settlement Agreements and Stipulations
  • Motion to Modify or Establishing Court Orders

David’s primary goal is to provide comfort to individuals and couples, utilizing his many years of experience to help remove confusion, anxiety and fear associated with legal processes. David starts by helping his clients achieve a clear understanding of what the court’s role is designed to accomplish by providing information and direction, which helps his clients gain knowledge and insight into the reasonable expectations and outcomes that may occur.

David’s compassion and his understanding of the emotions and concerns of his clients surrounding many legal processes have been gained through his work, as well as his own life experiences. David’s clients can always expect to be treated with the upmost respect and courtesy.
