Transfers Into or Out of a Living Trust
Clients may request deed preparation when transferring real property into or out of an existing living trust.
LegalDoc-Prep can prepare a requested trust transfer deed and related documents using the trust, ownership, and property information provided by the client.
We do not determine whether property should be transferred to a trust or advise about possible legal, tax, mortgage, title, public-benefit, or financial consequences.
Transfers Between Spouses or Former Spouses
